I think the dead horse needs a few more kicks, eh?
Sure inflation up 10%, my pay up 219%. Just barely keeping up.

What changed on reserve? Just the 11 to the 12? Sorry I am new to this, starting soon.

Ah thanks for clarifying that. Weird that wasn’t already in there. But glad they got it now.

Lots of good stuff.
- Trip & duty Rigs with 4 hr min day, no carve outs. (no more crap trips)
- Pay increase like others of roughly 13% plus 50% supply premium until Aug 2024
- CAs with 5+ yrs who select yes to flow to the top of scale
- Vacay credit increase
- 100% DH
- Sick leave buy back @ 50% upon going to mainline
- enhanced flow numbers which require math, but about 16/mo
- new retention bonus that will need the details examined
- increased pay for all aspects of training (sim, LCA, etc.)
- reserve rules improvements (didn’t pay a ton of attn here, tbh)
- Uniform & sick call minor changes

Think that’s the gist. Of course, PBS is coming.
5 yr extension.

If anybody thinks this equals concessions, Quote Bart Simpson.

Just the trip/duty rigs, min day, days off, DH pay… we’ve been wanting for years.

oh, and agressive pick up for reserves is HUGE. Of course PBS will limit what is in open time, the naysayers will say, but still… better.

Someone believes everything they watch on CNN. Putin is a drop in the bucket. Our problems at home are self inflicted.

This would be a very interesting DFR lawsuit.
Not because the deal is bad, but because all 3 WOs totally destroyed the basics of collective bargaining and intent of Section 6 of the RLA. This sets a horrible precedent.

If you bypass flow you won't get $213/hr, only whatever your year rate is.

it is not like PSA ever violate any contract law or RLA without consequences
