Most former 121 guys that I have had in training are guys leaving Gojet for PSA.

What is the reasoning for that?

Where do you live? Go to where you don't have to commute.

Both have their issues. However, PSA is getting all the planes now, which makes them the flavor of the month, so if you want to upgrade reasonably quickly, go to PSA.

As for which one is a better work environment, you can't get a real honest assessment from anyone unless they have worked at both places.

NEITHER! If you have any self respect for yourself or the industry you would stay as far away from these places as possible. I have proudly denied 4 PSA clowns from my jump-seat. Also, majors stay away from hiring psa degenerates.

You proudly go up to the counter look a man in the face who is trying to commute and say no? Or you hide behind the gate agent with a "weight and balance" issue? Majors stay away from PSA pilots, whatever you say dude. Also there is no way I wasn't just trolled.
