If it gets to the point that new-hire FOs with the required minimums are going to upgrade only a month or two off of IOE, I think we will see direct-entry Captains. It's already close to that now so we will see what happens into 2015.

Our contract says no direct-entry captains. (Street captains).

There will not be a need for direct entry captains. We have a lot of pilots from early 2014 that will have their required time shortly. Not to mention the group of Endeavor, and other 121 folks that came in mid year and fall of 2014. That will fill up the classes until the things catch up.

Prior 121 guys with clean records are just doing telephone interviews. It is a few days, depending on how busy the admin people are the day that you send it in.

I submitted my application last night at 11:20 PM and got an offer for a interview at 1:52 PM today.
