This. CAK has been a MX base forever.

Outstation bases are a very old-school mentality that some regionals have had a hard time getting away from.

PSA still has a very hard time not micro managing. A victim of a parochial, mom and pop perspective.

Hey quick question. I've got a May 7th interview dated and just got the email of all the paper work I need and what the interview will cover. It says there will be a sim evaluation. Of all the gougereading I've done, none of them have mentioned a sim ride...

Thanks,

Runner

Must be new addition to the interview process. For the longest time if you could walk upright and fog a mirror you received a job offer..

Blue side up..

There hasn't been a sim during the interview in quite some time. Check out aviationinterviews.com for the latest gouges. It could change, but there are some good gouges on there and they will let you know exactly to expect.
