No joke.

If you post a photo, indexed with hashtags like #airlinepilot, #crj900, or #e175. On images of you doing things you're NOT supposed to be doing (saw one of a guy proudly reading his newspaper in flight last night) you DESERVE to be fired. It's not just PSA either. There's guys at every regional trying to become instafamous.
