These are the the type of pilots that I would never want flying in the seat next to me. If they are reprimanded or even let go because of this, then good riddance.

Why? If these bozos are posting the crap publically including all the trash on IG under popular hashtags why should we all be so secretive about that? It's viewable and searchable to anyone.
