Just think of all the legit reserve captains puttin in the work while this guy fails the same training, sits pretty on his arse as a senior regional FO for 10 years.....and still moves up before them. Sickening.
I wonder about the future of AA's pilot group as it fills its ranks with guys like this. |

I noticed a story recently from PSA's FB page promoting a story about one of their pilot's who had recently flowed. The pilot was described as being a 10 first officer. I instantly wondered how somebody would remain a first officer for 10 years. When I questioned PSA, they claimed he'd declined to upgrade.
Does that seem weird? i'm sure some eag..sorry envoy  guys would probably agree about that |
Maybe he chose to bypass upgrade due to external factors. How would it be any different than career guys at other airlines who bypass upgrade and retire as FOs?

Was thinking the same thing.. Sad. You should have to at least pass upgrade training to flow.
Why? FO at a regional and at mainline is the same job...... |

Or he is now regretting his responses, and seeing how pathetic he looks.
