I am tired of hearing people complain about how the new hiring minimums are too low. Everytime someone starts a new thread to inform everyone of new hiring minimums, all I read is how "I had 1200 hours when I got hired" or "someone with 500 hours doesn't belong in a jet". Please start your own thread to complain, because personally, I am tired of all the whining. The hiring minimums are what they are, and nothing can be done about it. So please allow the thread to progress in the manner it was intended.

Agree with the above. The problem is the guys screaming the loudest ARE the low time guys themselves that see no point in paying dues or building experience before putting on the uniform. MAPD/FSA direct track/Jet U/Gulfstream don't come close to a million dollar military training program. Plus, the selection process for the military is a cut above just having a checking account. |
