Regional Swap
 

Currently employed by a regional that I'm considering making a lateral move from. Seeking advice on what y'all think is the best regional to go to right now - considering upgrade, QOL, equipment, contract, bases, flow(or not), etc. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Depends on where home is, and where you want to be based (what makes the most sense for a commute). There are 3-4 airlines that I recommend to people, depending on what works best for their situation.

Can you share the 4 you recommend for someone in PHX? Thanks

If youre east coast i suggest a wholly owned, either envoy,psa,pdt or endeavor. Speaking for endeavor upgrade with 121 time right now is around 6 monthes, but the latest vacancy (which was small) didnt reduce company times at all. Not sure if it means thats how its gonna be from now on but 2015 hires are getting their time in. Envoy upgrade i know has dropped an pdt has fast upgrades now too if you want to fly the dash.
