Default Best regional based out of PA,NJ,NY

Currently going through flight school and just completed interviews and heard back from republic, envoy and express jet. My question is for which regional has the best QOL in Theses areas, I still haven't made a choice for which regional i would like to go to, although EWR is the closet to my home, what are your thoughts?

FYI, don't limit your self to the regionals I interviewed at, any regional will work based out of the area

Thanks everyone for the help

For the EWR base, I would pick CommutAir over ExpressJet. ExpressJet is a dying airline with an upgrade time over 10 years and still climbing.

Look at Piedmont.

PHL base, very little reserve time, quick upgrade, plenty of opportunity for premium pay, mainline flight benefits and fast flow to American Airlines.

True, but OP specifically asked for QOL. I'm almost certain END's is better. Your top 3 imo should be END, PDT, and C5; not necessarily im that order.

Honestly,

I have not looked at them since the bankruptcy and they did not appeal to me before the bankruptcy. I was looking for a fast upgrade time as well as someone that had some kind of interview with a major. I was also looking at bonuses at the time and what the future plans were for each airline.

Republic currently has the one of the best contracts right now, and they're financially in a really good spot.
