For the SkyWest group interviews do I need to have submitted my resume and completed the online section prior, and then wait to be invited to the group, or can I submit online and just show up to the group interview? There is one on Monday which I originally was not able to make but now I can.

You can do just that submit everything online. The group interviews are more of a meet and greet type thing, very low stress. So go if you can! Just show up at the time they have posted with all of your resume and all you information to back it up and have fun. With any luck you will be invited for a interview in SLC.
