Default ORD Employee parking

Hey does anyone know of a lot to park in at ORD that is inexpensive? I live in Chicago but I am based in another city so I only have a parking pass for that airport. Someone mentioned the AMC lot but I am unsure where that is or how to contact them. Any thoughts?

Have you considered taking the train into the airport? If that is an option for you I would highly suggest trying that. I think its the Blue line that runs into O'Hare from the city.

Yeah I live in the burbs. There is a train to O'Hare transfer but nowhere to long term park the car at the train station. Also the train schedule is really weird. Sometimes 3 ours in between trains. I'd rather just drive to ORD, park and be on my way.

Depending on which suburb you live in, it could be cheaper to actually take a cab there and back instead of parking for days on end. Again, that all depends on which suburb you are coming from.

Yeah I've been doing that but for short 2-3 day trips its getting too expensive.

Check with the Airport Authority, some airports let you pay " employee rates" . You show them your ID and fill out some paperwork and they give you a monthly pass. I am not sure about ORD , but it might be worth a try.
