The Black List
Do they? I have been to five regional interviews. Most of them have been good. I have preped before each one. Put on the good blue\black suit. Clean breath and white teeth. And I have tried to improve and learn in every one. Last one I felt that I nailed it. Aced the written, professional in the HR and Tech. Great in the sim. Made eye contact. Good hand shake. Said " Thanks for the Opportunity ". Still got the letter. I hear they need pilots. Maybe they see me coming.

Ahh man, I typed up a good response with lots of detail, but it didn't save and post...
Long and short of it:
Yes we (SKYW) have a black list, but its very short. To be placed on the list is hard and requires more than a personal shout out.
I expect that you need to relax and show the interviews your personality. They mostly want someone they can spend a month with in the cockpit. Someone teachable, and a good sense of humor. Tell a joke in your next interview.
Good luck, keep your smile in place (I'm sure it hard when you feel rejected)

TT is over 1100. And I do try to keep it light, without looking like a fool. No worries. I know that it take some time. I just wanted to know if I keep at this, would I come up on a list. I do not plan to make a living at the interview. It does not pay well! )

Looks like you have the right sort of humor...keep at it, but maybe a real interview prep could help like Slice says. Couldn't hurt, you already have a fortune in training, consider this sort of prep more training...

Just messing with you dude.. Just be yourself in the interviews. To tell them what you think they want to hear.
