The Black List
Do they? I have been to five regional interviews. Most of them have been good. I have preped before each one. Put on the good blue\black suit. Clean breath and white teeth. And I have tried to improve and learn in every one. Last one I felt that I nailed it. Aced the written, professional in the HR and Tech. Great in the sim. Made eye contact. Good hand shake. Said " Thanks for the Opportunity ". Still got the letter. I hear they need pilots. Maybe they see me coming.

Ahh man, I typed up a good response with lots of detail, but it didn't save and post...
Long and short of it:
Yes we (SKYW) have a black list, but its very short. To be placed on the list is hard and requires more than a personal shout out.
I expect that you need to relax and show the interviews your personality. They mostly want someone they can spend a month with in the cockpit. Someone teachable, and a good sense of humor. Tell a joke in your next interview.
Good luck, keep your smile in place (I'm sure it hard when you feel rejected)

TT is over 1100. And I do try to keep it light, without looking like a fool. No worries. I know that it take some time. I just wanted to know if I keep at this, would I come up on a list. I do not plan to make a living at the interview. It does not pay well!

)Just messing with you dude.. Just be yourself in the interviews. To tell them what you think they want to hear.
