Yeah, its 2nd year and beyond that are really sub par. And its tough to convince youself to jump ship after probation and start all over at the bottom of a seniorty list.

So, take the job, get some good training, fly a bit, and move on before leaving hurts too bad.

So far so good. The hardest part is getting used to the attitudes here. Either everyone drinks the kool aid, or this is one helluva company. Either way, training is going well so far.

You were the latest. C.Florin will be next, he's going to Horizon. On the upside, with four fewer pilots than lines, everone has a hard line.

So has anybody seen anything in their crystal balls about what would happen if Piedmont and PSA were to merge in the future (which is looking increasingly likely)? Would the pilot groups be merged? Would there be furloughs? How would it impact PSA pilots and how would it impact Piedmont pilots? I'm just curious all-in-all.
