TSA Mins
 
Just found this on pilotjobs.com, TSA mins lowered to 250tt and 25me. :eek:

Was it TSA that was having about a 50% washout during training? Do they think that they will have better luck with these mins? :confused:

We have staffing problems with is good and bad. Good for me because people above me are leaving or upgrading. Bad for me because we wont get anymore flying or we can't even handle our flying because we can't find people to cover it. The good guys with high time are going to better airlines. This airline has no choice but to get better.

I think the high washout rate is do to the newhires learning that they will have to say "waterski" for their callsign. :p

Thats about one of the worst besides for "air shuttle/ freedom"

I dont see those mins posted on that site. It goes directly to ATP's website.. It says 500/100

Wow...250.. Commercial mins are 250 if you went part 91..

Wow I remember over two years ago 300hours could barely get me a CFI job.. This is crazy
