Really? I always assumed the inside of the RJ's were somewhat quiet up front. But I've never jumpseated on an RJ so I have no clue. Just my assumption. So I guess my headset will come into use at my first job afterall. :)

I used to have this headset. The noise cancelling was excellent, and even with the ANR off it blocked out a pretty good bit of noise. My only complaint (and the reason I got rid of it) was that because it's an "on-ear" design instead of "around-the-ear," it started hurting my ears after a couple of hours. It may be the way my ears are shaped, but I've talked to a couple other people who had the same complaint. Then again, I've flown with a few people who still use it and claim to not have any discomfort, so who knows?
Hope that helps.
