This post adds real substance to this thread.

Here is another aspect. In LGA, we support all three carriers. You will have travel benefits on all three carriers where as with Skywest on the Ejet in LGA you will only have access to Delta and United benefits.

In the case of management he's not wrong. Look at our earning reports for the last decade. Does that make it a better choice for someone wanting a NY base? I don't think so.

SkyWest LGA will alway be Jr... aka never a issue holding it.. 1/2 the captains there have a transfer bid to get out...

People said the same thing about ORD, MSP and most recently DTW. They are junior, but not as much as they once were. There are crew members who are anchoring down for the seniority.

People said DTW wouldn’t last. Now there are over 200 captains there.. I don’t think LGA will be that big. Bases come and go. It’s a regional thing... (And happens at the Majors)
