The boy gets it. Mainline "CS"As suck a$$. Lazy, rude, incompetent is a good start.

I had one in DTW tell me once that 'we only do lav services for mainline.' I told him, 'I don't care. They're not my passengers and I can't smell the $hit. The lav's in the back. They're YOU'RE passengers too!'.

No lav service. And a snobby "CS"A... What a tool.

If you don't love aviation in spite of all the negatives, get out NOW while you still have some sanity.

BTW, didn't anyone tell you you'd qualify for food stamps, etc. when you decided to do this? You didn't actually think that you'd earn what the dinos who fly 747s earn did you?

Explain CSA's.

CSA is a Customer Service Agent.

I put my "CS"A in quotes because to many of them the concept of "Customer Service" is a title only. Walk up to one some day and see if they even acknowledge your presence. And if they do it will be with the look and tone that your are interrupting something else much more important that they should be doing instead of serving a customer. They are especially rude to crew members in uniform and even more so if you are 'express'.

IF you're looking for sympathy, forget it. You're the one who took the job with the low salary! It's a shame that pilots pay is so low, but just look in the mirror and point the finger.

Take the food stamps and keep moving. Do what you gotta do to get where you wanna be my friend; I know I have.
