Damn. I’d like to see what some Captains make.

How many days off did you average?

It's tough to make extra right now due to lack of open time. Most captains here at 9E make between $100k -$160K. I made $130K last year, I don't fly much, at least 16-18 days off a month, but again that is skewed by the $6666 Bonus that was rolled into rates.

Gross/credit hour: $63
Gross/block hour: $136
Gross/TAFB: $21
Days off, counting reserve days not used: 18
YX reserve FO, year 2 pay

Hey, thats how much a PSA captain makes....

....if we’re counting 2 years at a time.

Psa captains are moving on in a reasonable amount of time though...guaranteed. Id guess half the captains at endeavor arent even trying to move on.

Trans States CA. 3rd/4th year pay scale.

$120,700 gross (including per diem because im too lazy to go add it up then subtract it and $10k retention bonus)

$79,300 net after taxes/deductions.

Picked up a fair amount of open time each month.

Please explain.

If youre referring to overall attrition I’d say we’re probably in the same ballpark as everyone else.

If youre referring to flow, we flow 10 a month and the most junior captain that needs the 1000 121 PIC when hired is around #1000 on the list. With the top 100 pilots either lifers are have already flowed that means you need to move up about 900 numbers once you upgrade.

Strictly by flow thats 7.5 years once you upgrade. If you include a more reasonable number since there is certainly other outside attrition youre still looking at around 4-5 years to flow once you upgrade.

I’m in the top 500 and I haven’t moved up more than 5 numbers, (besides the 10 flows/month) in quite awhile.

Flow is what I was referring. Keeps the list moving. Meanwhile at endeavor its more like the top 500 ( roughly) seem to be lifers. Very limited movement up the list

So? Have you considered that there are people who don't want to move on and it's a personal choice? Not everyone needs a pile of cash to live on...
