Post Accept offer or wait for other regionals?

Have a job offer from Mesa and XJT. Should I accept one of those offers now which have an early class date or wait around until Endeavor or Republic start interviewing again? I hear those regionals are really backed up in training so is it worth it to wait or go straight to Mesa or XJT?

Each day you wait is day that you’re not accruing seniority.

You can always do a stint at XJT and then apply to Endeavor/Republic.

Where do you want to live? That’s the most important thing. Commuting for a regional is not worth it.

That^^^

You commute if you must, not by choice. It isn’t just the air time. It isn’t even just that you need to be ready to jumpseat out on the flight BEFORE the last jumpseat outta your base. Or even the anxiety of wondering every time if you aren’t going to get bumped at the last moment by someone with a higher priority.

It’s that in a month you’ll fly at least four trips, and it can add a day at each end away from home. And that’s eight days more away from home out of the twelve you will have as a junior line holder, and that’s once you are senior enough to hold a line. Unless you truly don’t have a home, or at least no one to come back to, don’t do that to yourself if it can possibly be avoided.
