Won't be an issue if trying to get on with another regional. But as others have pointed out, there will be a strong suspicion that you were asked to resign if you punch out during training. Could make getting on with a major tricky.

As someone who used to do recruiting, this is a major red flag. Usually when we see this, the application is flagged and sent to the lowest tier just in case times get desperate. My recommendation is finish training and if you want to leave later, you can say "resigned due to personal reasons/family/illness/etc" after it was clear that you passed training and IOE. Do it during training and you're going to get labeled as a training risk and not worth the investment. Just my thoughts.
