Default Best option for flight time

Looking to make the jump to the regionals this summer and looking at NYC area, Washington D.C, or Norfolk as potential places that I want to move to.

Which is the best option for someone looking to maximize flight time and work for a reputable company?

XJT... quality company and training, and lots of flight time and movement likely for anyone who starts now. EWR is junior.
