I don't know what you have against me. I'm humble enough to realize that although I have the hours to go straight DEC, I realize that I have a lot to learn before I should become a CA.

That's why I'm doing a Near-DEC or a regional where I can upgrade in a reasonable time.

I'm not coming in to a CA position and start telling FO's how "things should be done because this is how I did it at X airline".
