Went to an audiologist and she made custom soft rubber molds for me. Molds, shipping to a company to form them for CA, and exam was $85 our the door. They work about the same as the tips from CA. I had them for 5 years and now they are starting to fall apart. Went back to CA tips and the noise reduction after 5 years on the customs had basically worn out. I'd recommend just sticking to their tips.
If you hate the price of replacing them you can wash them and reuse them.
