What’s the knock on ExpressJet currently? $22K bonus, $40 an hour, $10,000 per year “salary” (EQO). 75 hr minimum. Easy to get 85 after very short reserve. Upgrade time has come down dramatically and will continue. We only have around 200 CA eligible FOs left with around 10 CAs leaving for new opportunities every week. Of the 200 over half have already bypassed upgrade.
And brand new 175s |

Yeah go OO. Especially if you don’t mind flying 5-6 legs a day in a 200, junior manning on your “days off”, or sitting hot reserve. Not to mention the lack of pay compared with other options, no rigs and no union. But at least you’ll get ORD and a name tag.

ORD is OO’s biggest base (if you combine the fleets). Also, junior on the CA side on the CRJ.

I've been in ORD at OO and i fly 2-3 legs a day on AA 700, regularly doing 23h or more 4 day trips. I seldom do any trips under 20 hours. |

No sure what you are talking about, but this sounds like OO in ATL...

All my 4 day trips are on the 200, the highest credit pairing is only 21h(the rest are all lower credit), and almost all are 4 leg days. P.S. Prefer/bid locals and got (3) 4 days, a 3 day, and a 2 day. |

So how does this "no junior manning" work at Republic. Let's say it's day 4 and plane breaks down at the outstation on your last turn. No other flights out. How do they avoid junior manning you to your day off?
