Default PIREP request Bose Proflight Series 2

I haven't heard a lot of people review the series 2; mostly just the first version. Has anyone tried the series 2? If so, what aircraft do you fly?

I just got the series 2 a few weeks ago. I fly the Airbus. So far I like it. It does take some getting used to putting them on, definitely not as fast as an over or on-ear headset. Very lightweight, having them on the whole flight doesn't feel heavy. The ear pieces are soft and comfortable. Wearing sunglasses with them is very comfortable as the shades and headset don't interfere with each other. 3 levels of noise canceling is nice. I use the medium setting in the Airbus and it seems to work well. I hardly notice the cord at all. Very easy to swap which side the mic is on.

The double-tap "pass through" feature is ok for short off-intercom conversations. For longer conversations, I just take the ear piece out on one side and hook it on its little hanger.

Bluetooth is a convenient feature for those stopped-on-the-taxiway moments where you need to call MX or DX on the phone for something.

The series 2 also now qualifies for the $300 rebate if you're trading in an old Bose X.

Thanks! I am just debating the A20 vs PF2 for (probably) the E175. I am still doing flight training right now in an Archer. If it is okay to work in that for a couple more months, I may end up getting the PF2. Hopefully the PF2 also works okay in the 737.
