Florida - Which Regional is best for me?

Currently living in south Florida and not too interested in moving. I have a CJO from Skywest and Republic and just submitted Apps for Envoy, PSA, Endeavor, and Piedmont. My main focus is career progression. Building time fast and upgrading when the time is right. Commuting will be something that I’ll have to learn to live with. QOL would be second on the list as I believe the money will come eventually but as a new FO, we’re still digging the ditches.

Also what would be some of the commutes that would be considered do able without a struggle. From what I hear MIA to ATL is damn near impossible for a junior FO.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you like not to commute mad quick
Upgrade time Silver Airways, I think has been great for me. Upgrade is quick as you fly even in reserve and the commute is easy with three bases FLL, MCO, TPA.
I upgrade in 1 year and couple of months

Envoy has a smaller 145 base in MIA
Not sure how long to hold as an FO, half a year or so? CA currently 2.5 yrs. Overall not bad. Decent flying for a 145 too, compared to other bases.

If your main focus is career progression, consider this:

Endeavor, wait five years for a 48% chance of success at an interview.

AA wholly owned, wait five years for a guaranteed job with no interview.

DO NOT come to Endeavor for career progression.

Envoy for sure. MIA base you can hold eventually and guaranteed career progression. Endeavor you will be commuting to NYC to sit reserve, 3 year upgrade, and poor career progression.

Agreed except it's more like 7-9 years for a new hire unless the flow increases

AA WO. Move to base. Flow to AA. Move to MIA and enjoy the rest of your career at AA. Otherwise, apply to Spirit for the FLL base.

Significantly harder to get hired at most majors today without jet time. Statistically it's going to take much longer, maybe never. Too many great candidates with glass jet time out there.

Although with the looming retirements they might get to the point where they'll take solid candidates with only prop time. That used to be the normal career progression for civilians, before RJ's. But they'd also hired 13 to get 10 online...

If you don't care about QOL and just want progression, especially living in MIA, Envoy is a no brainer. Every month 20 guys are skimmed off the top of the list. You won't get MIA in indoc but I know guys who've been here 6 months who have transfer dates to MIA in Feb.

Where is it possible to live in south Florida on a FO's salary without living in the ghetto?
