I have had nothing but good QOL here. I upgraded in 15 months, Never had less than 16-18 days off a month, Allways 90+ hrs a month, with pay credit of 100-110hrs. Home 4 days a week, and colgan has helped me travel to work if there has been a problem with weather. Everyone has a diffent experiance. Mine has been good. Colgan may work for you if you live near one of their bases. Keep in mind though outstation basing probably won't be around much longer. Pittsburg, Newark, Albany, LGA, and IAD (maybe PVD or Charleston WV) are the bases of the future. Sorry, can't cite my sources. Just FYI, whenever someone leaves for some place else, I always ask them is the grass greener on the other side. I have yet to be told no, it's great motivation.
