I was called yesterday also. They wanted me to interview on the 14th. I am currently in the middle of a trip so I sent a email back requesting a later date. Seems kind of mickey mouse to try to fill an interview class 2 days prior.

That was my thoughts as well! My opinion is if you dont live in Dever dont bother. The interview does nothing to seperate anyone from some other shmuck! I dont really have much to say about the process. The people seemed nice but the ?'s and organization of the process was not there at all.
They also called me and gave me 4 days notice and the only way I could make it was cause it was one of my days off. If they say they will respond to you on how you did the same day ....dont bet on it. I have talked to others that got the job and they said it took a week longer then they said.
In my opinion it is an operation with lofty goals and may be ok to work with eventually. However, with the poor organization of things and Mickey Mouse way of running things, I can only say, "have fun with that place!" And make sure you cover you butts when you start flying cause I see it as a violation waiting to happen. In other words if you want to fly a Dash 400 go to a good place like QX. Your career will thank you and so will your sanity.
