I agree. In my opinion, the only cure is to do away with the RLA. It would force leadership, both within airline management and unions, to actually work together or sink together.

As some have pointed out already, just talking or writing about a strike at an airline is grounds for termination if not in accordance with the RLA. If the union leadership is aware of such talk and does nothing to stop it, they can be fined and/or terminated as well. You won't get very far in organizing such an action before you are shown the door.
