We wouldn’t have to screw anyone if they made sure pilots are well paid and well supported. People like you are why it sucked at the regionals for so long. My first year I made 20k 10 years later I left the regionals making over 200k. That should be the standard.

i got into this job to fly airplanes also, but I recognize that doing so for someone else is a business transaction.
