Just announced!

Thank god, the unions, and Obama for the 1500 hour rule and age 65!!

In the Mesa sub-forum under "Mesa 4.0 whats the latest" there are photos of the new pay scales.

With the three AA WO's, plus CommutAir and now Mesa raising rates I don't see how the other regionals are going to avoid it. Especially Skywest as large as they are.

Skywest already did, a day or two ago. It's permanent, and they are claiming it's the highest permanent scale.

uh no. It's called inflation, high demand, and limited supply. Although the supply is artificially limited though.

Unfortunately nothing is permanent no matter what we think. The only things guaranteed are death and taxes

Skywest voting opens after next week, it’s going down in flames after Mesa and the reflow language. Currently polling about 50-1 against. Strange times.

Has anyone found a good resource to keep up with all the contract changes as of late? Not just pay but other aspects as well?

Basically like “the grid,” but up to date.

Mesa offering time in a LSA for $25/hr

Mesa is making another aggressive move. They're going to offer time in a light sport aircraft for 25/hr. And provide 100% financing at zero APR. Here's the info from the press release:

Qualified pilots who join the program will be offered up to 40 hours of flight time each week. In addition MPD pilots will begin building company longevity, receive flight benefits, and priority status for employment as a First Officer at Mesa Airlines. Flight costs of $25 per hour, per pilot, will be fully financed by Mesa with zero interest, providing no upfront out-of-pocket expense for flight time while the candidate is accruing the required hours to earn their Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate. As part of their commitment, flight costs will be repaid over three years during the term of employment at Mesa Airlines. Mesa first year pay rate of $100/hour is currently the highest in the regional industry. In addition, all Mesa pilots can join United’s Aviate program which offers a direct flow to United Airlines.

Does this mean there won't be any other bonuses?

What exactly is in the contract aside from the press release of having "Industry leading pay scale"
