In the Mesa sub-forum under "Mesa 4.0 whats the latest" there are photos of the new pay scales.

With the three AA WO's, plus CommutAir and now Mesa raising rates I don't see how the other regionals are going to avoid it. Especially Skywest as large as they are.

Skywest already did, a day or two ago. It's permanent, and they are claiming it's the highest permanent scale.

uh no. It's called inflation, high demand, and limited supply. Although the supply is artificially limited though.

Skywest voting opens after next week, it’s going down in flames after Mesa and the reflow language. Currently polling about 50-1 against. Strange times.
