About a year and a half I believe, may be going down, saw someone with less than a year with a line for July.
Check the board int he crew lounge, plenty of crashpads.
You need a car to get around town, public transportation by the airport is crap.

I was only a few months to a lineholder, for which I'm thankful its only that short. I've had Long Call 2 all month (12 hour call out) and have worked 6 days in a row with only 1 day off, then another 6 on all month besides my hard days. And they weren't out and backs either. 4 day trips with a highspeed tacked on the last day or two.
The few guys ahead of me on reserve haven't worked a lick all month, and for awhile in May it was the same way for me.
With GSO/MCO closing, I'll move back a few spots, but what really is gonna hurt is that they gave the go-ahead for 90-100 of the FO's below me to transfer to CVG (over the span of the next 2 or 3 months). Thats going to move me alot closer to the bottom and lenghen my reserve time more so then the base closures. I'm staying put in JFK though (live in NY).
