Finished off training pay in April Major pay raise in October 65k Gross 2500 401k 500 block for the year average 12-14 days off per month commuter, nothing picked up was incentivized Was actively trying not fly to until October as this is a second career for me and the financials did not make sense until the pay raise. Quitting my fire dept career in January to focus on pilot career now. |

my seniority number is roughly 1500 lower than regular new hires in my class because of cadet thing as well for company seniority (not pilot seniority) |
