Love seeing these numbers! Fifteen years ago you were lucky to make $20k on year 1 pay. I don't think I cracked $100k until I was a 6/7 year captain. And that was with a good (at the time) contract. Good times indeed! Congrats everyone.

cadet loophole. It’s just match No DC. But at least it’s vested day one,

my seniority number is roughly 1500 lower than regular new hires in my class because of cadet thing as well for company seniority (not pilot seniority)

I don't know if it's been every year but I ve seen it before. But I think people being risk adverse and rumors of regional management hunting people down on forums, participation is much lower given this kind of data could be used to identify users.

That's pretty good money for back then. I was making $19.5k at a 121 carrier in 2016. Either way, great to see the improvements at the regionals, now just need to see the improvements at legacy and cargo.

What's your opinion of the overall management there? I hear everyone is happy with the CEO and board.

Our dear union leader, founder of ALPA and Teamsters, tells us morale could not be higher.

An attempt at transparency for anyone interested. There's a lot more variables than what Box 1 of your W2 says but, the results will still be enlightening.

I intentionally initially combined them but, I just separated them out on the questionnaire.

True. This one is legit. I used Bitly because the "share" url Google generated was crazy long and also because I'm a nerd who wanted to see engagement stats.

I didn't think about how it may scare some off.

p.s. It's all anonymous too. No names, no email addresses, etc.
