Default Civilian RTP

Hello I am a civilian helicopter pilot currently fly EMS. I am also private single engine land rated. I am looking to see if anyone know the smoothest option to transition into a regional airline while still keeping my current job until the time comes. I know a lot of airline have RTP programs. I'd like to hear any advice. I also already meet ATP requirements other than having all my fixed wing ratings.

I strongly recommend that you join RTAG Nation on Facebook. They used to be specifically for rotary wing vets to transition to the airlines. Now they help all vets with or without flight experience. They still have a LOT of advice for transitioning rotary wing pilots even if you aren't ex military.
