Not sure, but I thought someone once said on here that the scope of the Piedmont / USX agreement required such an aircraft to go to Piedmont.. just a hazy memory though, maybe someone could confirm / deny this

Piedmont did put out an RFP to Bombardier and ATR for 70-seaters just a couple of weeks ago...
