6+ years with 2 different companies. Tried to stay away from the bottom feeders with the "quick upgrade", in order to have a decent lifestyle if I were to be stuck as an FO for awhile. Since day one at my first company, I have bid every Capt position that there was, and my number has just never come up.

I've got just about 5k hours with about 2k multi and about 500 instrument (<200 instruction given). I've been doing 135 freight and commuter. Time for a change. Just interviewed 3 airlines and 3 Rj offers. They will accept high time people with experience. if you wish to be an asset in the right seat get practical experience and then apply. If your 23 and want to be a captain and have never flown in ice, never flown a heavy twin at max gross with a rear cg, never had company and passenger pressure to complete a flight, you have a long way to go. Be realistic.

I have 1200TT and 150ME what regional will look at me with those numbers?

Take your pick. Unless they are furloughing pilots, those numbers just about match anything anyone is looking for, except Chautauqua who needs ATP mins for the E-170.

Was she blonde and/or fairly attractive? They tend to fall through the cracks alot of times. ;)

Anyone who can clarify the confusion? If people are interviewing with Chautauqua. Can they end up at shuttle america or republic jet. I've heard of people interviewing at one and getting placed at another. Are any of these regionals scabs from a big brother?

You can end up flying for Chautauqua, SA, or Republic all from the one interview. It is all one master seniority list. It takes 1500TT/300ME plus all other ATP mins to get hired into the Embraer 170 at Chautauqua. They aren't really hiring into the 145 as they have a pool of folks who have been waiting on a class since August, and they don't have one in sight yet.
