I understand pay, hotel and per diem paid while in training. However, am curious to know this: When you get your SR # and does AWAC go by DOB (Date of Birth or last 4 SSN)? For example within a new class...

AWAC does not pay per diem while in training, it doesn't start until after IOE. Yes the seniority number is based on the oldest person in your class to the youngest.

In CLT it's the Amerisuites Arrowood. Nice place and the ppl that work there are awesome. I don't remember too much about INDOC, but don't wait until CPT's to start on flows, callouts, memory actions and profiles. Any specifics, pm me.
