This is like asking which fast food restaurant is the most healthy for you. Answer: none of them are. They’re all turd sandwiches that are flavored differently at each.

Lol in all seriousness, I agree with the responses given here. I’d go with the one that has a base you can see yourself living in, or, if you’re not able to move, the one with the easiest and shortest commute.
