Howdy All,
I'm a 2500hr King Air guy, and have been applying at the fractionals as my current gig went to contract. Not having a lot of success, so am considering applying to regionals. My question for the group is which is the favored airline to fly for? I could conceivably fly with one airline until I retire (I'm 56) so this would not necessarily be a stepping stone to a greener pasture. From what I've read the pay seems to be fairly similar but it's the other factors that weight into a decision to apply that I'm interested in. I've read pros and cons about most of these companies in this forum so I'm trying to boil it down to the essentials. TIA

Lol in all seriousness, I agree with the responses given here. I’d go with the one that has a base you can see yourself living in, or, if you’re not able to move, the one with the easiest and shortest commute.
