Parking

How does parking work at the airport for pilots. Do you have to pay for parking everytime you go on a trip and leave your car the airport? (I'm assuming you don't) Is it different for different airlines, or is it pretty much standard across the board? What if I'm based at one airport and decide to pick up a flight out of another airport?

There is an employee lot that you company SHOULD pay for.

Are you saying some companies don't?

Most companies do but some dont pay for parking at an airport thats not a domicile. Also some airports dont have employee parking lots, KRDM...The captain im flying with now is paying for his own.
