The new employer will see that you disagree with their classification of your reason for leaving if you request a correction. I'm not sure if that's helpful or not.
At this point I would wait for the new employer to pull it then go talk to them with your documentation if they ask. Try to act surprised.

They can write anything they wish. You disagree with their assessment which will require legal action on your part to correct.
Now that your dispute is documented just wait and see what the new employer says. If they want to hear your side of the story then take in all of your documentation and calmly explain it.
