Thats why I want the correction request in the system. This way the new employer will see this and hopefully prevent any question on it but I do have documentation if they need it.

ok I requested a correction and they denied it. Now I filed a dispute. What happens next?

They can write anything they wish. You disagree with their assessment which will require legal action on your part to correct.

Now that your dispute is documented just wait and see what the new employer says. If they want to hear your side of the story then take in all of your documentation and calmly explain it.

I believe you were counseled to seek legal representation, and to first thoroughly research and get to know the PRD and the process. Did you do that?

i did research. It’ll go to an internal resolution within the company and stays disputed

from my understanding they can not add comments just accept the change or decline it. Only I can add comments to my PRD now
