What's with the training contracts? As far as I knew (at least when I used to be crew on helos), all the helo companies had contracts, and they weren't enforceable, even held that up in court.

From what I've heard, they try their very hardest to enforce it, although I don't know anyone that's bailed during the first year... and no, management has not changed now that it's gone over to Pinnacle Holdings. At least I have been told that for now, Colgan will continue to be run by the same individuals.

Well the company is being managed by the colgans but there is influence by pinnacle. Im not sure how long it will "Continue"
