XJT is an amazing company with an amazing contract and an amazing pilot group.

But, when was your last period of growth?

Saab- I was hired one month before you- I've got an interview at Continental in September. Should have stayed man.

It's still early in the process, but so far management has been telling the pilot group to go F themselves.

Not as happy as some others.. but overall not bad.

Are we really going down this road again????

As far as the Colgan contract goes, I left about 3 months ago and they haven't come after me yet. I was there for about 9 months before I chose to leave. As FlyerJosh said in an earlier post, I planned ahead and did have money saved up just in case they did decide to come after me. Remember, they can sue you for anything.. doesn't mean they win, but you'll still end up incurring legal (lawyer) fees.

Yeah, but here's the rub. Some companies make you sign a promissory note. BIG DIFFERENCE. A company has a much easier time collecting on a promissory note.
