Why does it matter what airplane you get?

SKW Brasilia = Western bases, mostly in California. That's a long way from ATL.

While ASA has some problems, being based in your home town makes up for a lot of other issues. I would research the upgrade opportunities carefully, that's one thing which you need to make an informed decision on.

The differences between good and not-so-good regionals are not significant enough to justify trans-con commuting (except for mesa & gojet).

I am currently a CFI in Atlanta and am intrested in flying for a regional that is based here. I know of 3 regionals that have bases in Atlanta... ASA, Skywest, and Shuttle America. I would like opinions on all 3. Pay, work rules, QOL? Any info would be great.

Just be sure that you have the 50 multi. They may give you the job with less than that, on the condition that you get your 50 multi befire your class date.
