By the way, there is a thread in this back ground check issue in pre interview section. The reason I am posting here is that it has been getting a steady stream of replies.

It's a year seat-lock until you can bid on different equipment. However in the last 6 new hire classes (since about 6/25), all DFW based FO's have have been getting jet slots. I think DFW is fat on Saab FO's for the moment.

Good thing about the Saab is you will spend less time on reserve and then can bid for the jet when you know you can hold a line.

Two engine turbo prop considered turbine? Do you still get the time for it? I guess youre pointing out something I don't know. You can tell me then.

why thank you. mjmuel it seems that you want a quick fix to get to a cargo carrier without paying your dues. i think you should instruct and get to know how good of a pilot you are before jumping to a regional. it seems you want to do time building with innocent lives that do not know any better. please tell me who you fly for and when so i make sure to stay out of the skies.

cheers!
