yeah seriously I wish I had your problem! if you look around at other pilots' waistlines you might notice you definitely are the exception. my eating habits go to hell too, but the results are opposite from yours.

I lost 30 pounds during 3 months on the line in SJU. With the heat and disabled prop brakes on the atr and the 2 mile custom hike after every turn you lost alot of weight real fast. Ive knoticed im even starting to lose weight again back in the states here with chq. just the lack of regular meals i guess.

Eat on a trip? Whats that? 8 leg days with an hour break in SFO never works. Always flow there and the break goes out the window.

Same here. I go to Kroger and buy a couple boxes of the 20g protien bars. I make sure I eat at least one a day. I also take a pill. They are probably right about dehydration but it's also usually accompanied by a lack of energy and strength. If you're working out you'll notice the difference. I drink TONS of water on trips.
