Agreed. Eject ASAP. Although my departure was via furlough, looking back, it was one of the best things that's happened in my career. I wouldn't be where I am today if it hadn't.

I agree. Leave as soon as you can. Get out of the regional world if at all possible. I can't describe how much happier my life has been since being away from that regional hell.

Every pilot needs to look at the contract first and make a decisions based on facts not rumors. Vote for what you think is best for the pilot group and yourself!

You cost twice as much as Gojet and the rest of them. What did they think was going to happen to our per hour cost when they axed all of the fos and put captains in the right seat???????????

The gist of what I took from the memo was that the company won't have enough cash resources to last the year, and that the current operational model is unsustainable.
