Does the MV/LOE count as your BFR?

Yes, any 121, 135 checkride will cover your BFR. I have been flying for 25 years and have only had one BFR. Dang I'm old!

Okay, so at least I'm not losing my mind and making up regs. Went bouncing around in a 152 today, and someone was a bit confused when I was updating my BFR info in the scheduling system and used my last LOE date for it. Oddly enough was offered flying a DiamondJet out of the deal too.

Anyone know how many days written notice they have to give you when your vacation has been canceled?

Never mind, found it...
